I have lichen sclerosus, now it's in remission, I've been experiencing burning, itching, kind of constant inflammation for two years, I don't know what to do. The doctor points to vulvodynia, maybe someone has similar? I have no infection

Its hard to tell from the picture since it's s bit too blurred. I would consult with s couple doctors first and see what answers you get. Try uploading a couple more clear photos.
