Hello how we all doing today

Posted , 5 users are following.

I've been on the blues now for 2 weeks , think I'm getting the hang of them now .

No oil wind had calmed down now , thank The Lord .

Still a bit scared of eating fat , don't want any mishaps

1 thing which I can't believe is I've had no chocolate or biscuits for 2 whole weeks .

I would be lieing if I said I didn't miss them.

So to me theses tablets are amazing , for making you stop and think before I eat.

Has anybody got any good news story's? Or struggling we are all out for the same thing it's good to talk.

Happy chick xx

Hi yes I've read a few of your post, you have some great ideas .

I would like to lose 4 st .

I am finding it hard missing the sweet things, but that's why I'm on them .

Re training my brain , I'm in it for the long run.

So are you still losing or are you maintaining your weight as it is.

What did you find challenging at the start .

      :-)

Hi still losing at the moment will be coming off them in 1/2 monthsand and i will continue eating the way i do now. After about 2 weeks i forgot all about fattening foods and my sweet cravings went they say when you give up carbs your sweet cravings go hmm not sure but i didn;t have any cravings after that

only in the last few months i have eaten 'treats' within the rules i never did for the first 9ish months  4 stone will come off quickly. I will continue the rest of my weight loss without the tablets as i don;t want to be on them too long i think some gp's prescribe for a year others 18months.

I kind of found giving up bread the hardest (i had done it before for about 6 years then went back to eating it) i know you can eat bread on the tablets but bread just bloats me bad oh and cheese bread cheese and chocolate were my downfall shame there isn't a cheese under 5g of fat!

Good Luck with your journey when do you get weighed? i know some people get weighed every week which would drive me insane personally so i get weighed every 4 weeks. Best thing i ever done was starting these tablets i can wear what i like my health has improved etc i never realised my breathing was so bad lol thankfully that's all gone.

Oh yes you can eat certain sweets if you want like haribo etc  x

Yes and me :-) , I really have a battle not reaching for sweet things .

I love fruit , but nothing stops me thinking about chocolate .

Thank The Lord for this forum , every time I think of it , I read all the scary oil stories .

That stops me . Ha ha
