Hello I need help please doctors can't figure what I have, does it looks like STIs/STDs symptoms??

I'm sexually active since last summer, I had sex five times in total and always protected.

The last time was on December 28th, one or two weeks after I started to have yeast infection like symptoms but never it never felt that bad so I was treated for that but during one week nothing worked, I had a panel of blood tests all came out negative.

After that the "yeast" seemed to be gone...

But then few days after my vagina became itchy again and burned especially when I peed or showered this area, also had flu like symptoms, I felt really bad. Then few "spots" appeared on my vagina, I had a vaginal sample came out negative for herpes but the gynecologist told me I that I didn't have enough spots to have a good test...

She gave me antivirals for 10 days, it's been 9 days since I take them, the spots seems to go away on their own tho, but I still feel discomfort and itchiness and sometimes burn on this area, I also have a sour throat and keep coughing since then but don't know if it's related...

Please I'm so desperate, what do you think it is ??

Ps: I'm french so I try to write in english as well as I can

hi there . Are the spots coming back after they heal ? if they are recurring in the same locations over and over again it could be HSV 2 . It is hard for people to diagnose or give opinions with out pictures though . also if the sores appear get to a doctor as soon as you can to have them swabbed . Once they crust over or scab up the tests can give a false negative . Good luck !

I don't know because it's my first time having this kind of spots...

I already got them swabbed and the tests gave a negative but the gynecologist told me that maybe they where not enough spots for the tests to show up real results. I'm

      I saw a gynecologist and a dermatologist...

One said that it might be herpes and swabbed them (negatif) but told me that I had not enough for a good swab (but she rubbed it so idk)...

The dermatologist didn't have a clue about what it can be...she told me to not worry..

ye looks like vestibular papillomatosis or genital warts if they are warts they usually just remove them and they cause no issues if they are vestibular papillomatosis then they leave those because they are benign the best course of action would be to see someone else because they have got it really wrong and its not herpes u need to find out if it is warts or just benign vestibular papillomatosis as warts spread via skin to skin contact they will also start to spread inside the vagina

They are really less visible now but are still itchy and sometimes even painful...it can be the result of friction ? Because we didn't use intimate gel and I was dry because of the pill that I take everyday

      And it was
