Hello, I’ve been depressed for a long time, what should I do?

A few weeks ago I found these strange looking bumps near the opening of my vagina. They appeared and stayed for a long time. I am in a relationship with one person for a long time , so I am scared it may be from him. They don’t hurt, nor do they itch or anything. They only slightly itch when I touch them. I have done a lot of research because I am so scared I may have an STD, STI, warts, HPV or something else. In my research I found “Vestibular Papillomatosis” and it seems really similar to what I have. For example they feel like and appear in a straight line. Please help me and tell me what they look like to you? What could it be? Is it VP? If it is, did I get this from the guy or is infection? I am so scared and I don’t like this at all it is gross and scary. I provided pictures I am sorry if it is TMI!! Thank you so much for the help.image..

Hallo Angie. Lots of women discover Vestibular Papillomatosis and are worried about it.

Firstly, if this is VP it is not a sexually transmitted disease, you have not caught it from your partner and you cant give it to anyone. Its just one of those things that happen to some women and not others. Dont try to get rid of the small lumps by over washing. Just leave them alone and ignore them.

If you want to try a simple test, get some vinegar and dab a little on the lumps. If they turn white then it is HPV but if it doesnt turn white it is VP.

Even if it is HPV,many people have this virus and never have any problems with it. As you are sexually active, just make sure you have regular smear/pap tests ,every 3 years and you will be OK.
