hello, please help in the reduction of my BP am in A Blood goup.

I have been checked twice by doctor, and been advice about a stlied increase in my BP for some times now. I have been in to veriours type of execises but as per this day I still have high BP. am" A" blood goup. Is there any diet that could helpmin this situation?

    Reduce your salt intake, do not boil veg in salted water, use herbs rather than salt when cooking, do not sprinkle salt on your meals, cut out products high in salt eg bacon, salami, soy sauce, salt reduction is the number one suggestion from doctors. Beetroot juice or beetroot ideally raw is supposed to be good, along with garlic.  Also avocado, bananas, kale, brocoli, sweet potatoes, apricots, plain yogurt. In fact fruit and veg. Google for other ideas.

    Depending on your weight, weight loss is one of the most effective ways of reducing your blood pressure and diet and exercise are instrumental in weight loss and general well being. There is a lot of focus on mediatation and yoga helping with elevated blood pressure, so that may be something you can also try. All the best!

    I fixed my bp. Thankfully because i had horrific side effects from the medicines. I did a fast first inly drinking boost and water for a couple of days and allowing one meal, amall healthy meal a day. Then after a ciuple days of that i started the salmon and salad diet, low carbs and walking everyday about five miles. Then added in oat bran cereal with a banana in the morning rotating this with cranberries or bkueberries to change the flavor. You need to honestly change your diet and remive caffiene completely, remove junk food and fried junk and processed foods. Although i did eat low salt turkey with avacodo. Stay on low salt to no salt everything, including soups, ramen stuff..I did this for months and lost weight and felt better. Bp went back to normal and it was high for a little bit there. I didnt bother with the blood type diet it wanted me to exclude all the foods that every science article said was good. Wasnt for me. You cant really cheat because you loose. Then i bought fresh basil and celery and chopped it up and just ate abiut a fourth of a cuo a day of basil and mixed in celery. Beets are suppose to be great but i hate them. pintrest has a lot of help for this. Suppliment..salmon oil, vit d 1000, multi vitamin and b12 sub lingual. My doc said to add in co enyme q10 i bought it but havent used it yet. I didnt miss anything really because i hated the medicine side effects. Btw no soda at all, de caffientaed coffee..oddly you wont be tired.an apple and cold glass of water will wake u up more then coffee anyway. No caffienated tea either. Tea is dehydrating in its nature as well so be careful with it. They do have tulsi tea, decaf basil tea. And lots of ginger..avacodoe rolls with ginger tastes very good and is healthy use brown rice.good luck it does absolutely work.
