I am 31 years old and I am a virgin. I have never had sexual intercourse or even contact. I have many vp, but wart-like things started to appear on the front of my vulva. I know that virgins do not have HPV. What are these?

Its probably VP. Vestibular papillomatosis. It always grows in a straight line. Totally harmless. Some women get them ,others dont....its not known why.
Just ignore them.
