I've been playing soccer as a goalkeeper and received a hard shot to my hand. I can't turn too much my wrist without it being in pain, and can't move it back completely either. Should I rest it for a few days or should I get serious treatment?

Try to keep it as still as possible (try using a splint, bandage or support brace) and see how you go for the next few days. If there's no improvement, head to A&E or minor injuries for an X-ray.
