I had a large bump I could feel under the skin and I squeezed some white stuff came out and then I went to doctor who did not mention the bump during the exam. Later that day I took shower and squeezed the bump until it became sorta like an open sore.

It sounds like a boil or a hair bump. I get them on my butt, bikini line, and arm pits. They are quite uncomfortable. But to be sure, ask the doctor. He probably did not mention it because boils aren't that much of a problem, more of an annoyance.

If it's only one and pea size then I'd say it's a hormonal cyst, I've had them before now. Herpes usually is a cluster of tiny blisters. If in doubt get your GP to swab the blister

Where was the lump? I suffer greatly with reoccuring boils in and around the groin area more than my herpes. Herpes is more like a blister and squeezing them can cause agonising pain. If you have pain when urinating, I would say it could be herpes but if your doctor did not notice then they may have thought that is was just a boil also. These boils can be down to chaffing and shaving - dermol emollient is good at keeping them at bay. If it turns out to be herpes, dont panic, its nowhere near as bad as it seems and there are anti-virals to reduce to symptoms.

The bump is located on my lower left cheek kinda of in between the cheeks but not really. It started out hard, redish purple color. When I would squeeze it I could feel the bump underneath the skin. I have had the bump in the same spot before but it never became an open wet looking sore. It would just go away. I did pick at it a lot so could that be by it looked wet. When it first started it was hard after picking it several times within a few days that's when it became wet looking. The picture above is from today. I had the bump when I went to the gynecologist and he did not mention the bump at all. When I seen the gynecologist it was a hard type bump. Please let me know what u think from the picture above.
