Help!

So I've had piles on and off for years but nothing like what I woke up with on Saturday morning! I literally have a grape like lump coming out of my bum! So painful I can hardly sit and so scared to pooh I'm not eating or drinking!

It's blue in colour what the hell is it?! Tried normal of shelf piles cream and suppositories and ice but not going down! How long will I have this for and will it burst if I have to pooh! Scared I will bleed to death lol it looks like a vein!

    I too have a large grape as well, like you I suffered for years but only had itchiness (although that was bad enough) after suffering constipation it most certainly has swelled and won't pop back in. I'm sorry I have no advice to offer, I'm thinking it is never going to go away. Am I looking at surgery. I posted too hoping someone would come on here with with help. Im feeling pretty miserable now.

      How long have you had it? I can't cope with this for much longer and it only appeared yesterday! I'm going to go to gp tomorrow and see what they say. It's awful really painful!

    so sorry you're going through this I really know the feeling. You might pop on its own but if it doesn't you should go see your doctor. truly not worth living like this is not. and I see it all the time so don't be embarrassed . good luck

    I've had surgery twice the last one I had was in April I had a them stapled. they were really bad prolapsed stage four hemorrhoids. then I just had a regular hemirrodectomy to me about 3 weeks ago to cut off the rest of the externals. still healing but feel better good.

      Thank you for reply it's been 3 days and it's slightly starting to go down now so I'm hoping it will disappear completely in a few more days! If not I will go to the doc.

      Hi, is ur external surgey an open wound?

      Im considering to do it or not, doc said that its painful and also, must be subsequent scars healing from the wound!

      Is there so? Will it look like "normal" anus again?
