So I was lying in bed and then I get this sharp heart pain that lasted for several seconds before going and after that I felt horrible. I felt weak and dizzy and I was physically shaking. Will I be okay?

Sorry for "late" reply but if you do suffer from anxiety it's normal, also the feeling afterwards is very normal after an attack because well your heart was just pumping so hard (or so slow depends) and messes up blood flow for a while.
