Hey guys
I need some help !i was at work Tuesday and I was sat at my desk and a headache struck badly in front part of my head then I felt sick so I asked to go home ! Ever since I've had this heavy headache feeling in my head ! I went to the doc yesterday and was giving migraine tabs. Which I haven't taken yet . I asked if it could be my fibro but she wasn't sure . To be honest I haven't suffered headache s for a few years. Is this my fibro or something else? I did ha d my notice in Monday could it be hidden stress ?

Yes it could be stressed related Sadie. I do get a migraine every so often especially if I am stressed out. Or Sulphites give me a migraine as well. It certainly sounds like a migraine that you had Sadie. That is the only time I do take a pain killer, such as Ibuprofen. Fibromyalgia symptoms do include migraines as well. I wouldn't worry too much Sadie.

Hey Sadie I just read an article and thought of you. It said when you feel a migraine coming on to eat an apple or to light an apple scented candle. Researchers said it could be a matter of distraction or the smell of a green apple reduces muscle contraction in the head and neck. Actually reducing headache pain and anxiety. Don't know if this works but can't hurt to try. Besides if your headaches are from stress, we all know stress can cause a fibro flare. So take it easy and don't let it get to you. Xoxo
