I'm a 28 year old female these are my symptoms
Easily bruised
Fatigue
Joint &muscle pain (joint swelling)
Rash from sun exposure (every time)
Feverish feeling often
And I get sick pretty frequently.
All of my labs are coming back normal, my doctor is thinking some sort of auto immune still , anyone have any ideas?

Mine did the same thing 8 yrs before I was diagnosed it took 8 years.. but they say auto immune will show up in labs before symptoms but not in my case. It's all a confusing mess.
I'm sorry your going through this confusing stuff that realy messes with you mentally and physically

Wow 8 years?! How did you manage? I'm getting terrible migraine headaches as well they seem to go along with the fatigue feeling, was there anything in particular that helped you find relief from symptoms?

I'm lactose intolerant so I have been keeping an eye on that, I am wondering if there's an allergy to something else that I'm not picking up on. That's a great idea though I am also going to start taking my blood glucose levels daily just to see if there's a change with food

Yes sounds like Lupus. I have Behcet's which is similar. My bloods are always fine. Only slightly raised esr and crp. Get a referral to a good specialist in your area. Speak to Vasculitis UK who are always good at recommending people close to you. Very frustrating process you have to go through for diagnosis. At least your doc is on the ball. About 99 per cent of them don't even consider it. X

Perhaps Lupus....or RA
Do you know your Sedimentation Rate, RA Factor, or Antinuclear Antibody?
Diagnosis is frequently first eliminating options rather than zeroing in on a target.
Each of us has been through this admittedly aggravating process.
Perhaps you will discuss the use of NSAIDs and acetaminophen for the near future.
If acetaminophen is used, always allow 6 hours between all doses to protect your liver. Aspirin use concurrently with NSAIDs because of an increased risk of gastrointestinal issues.
A referral to a rheumatologist would speed things along
kind regards
judith
