Best to see a doctor. Could be a yeast infection.

My tongue is white, and I've white spots here and there through the upper part of my mouth, and today I've gotten a earache and now my throat under my jaw is hurting as well. But this doesn't sound like herpes? Herpes would be more of a cold sore type deal ?

White tongue and spots sounds like oral thrush or some other infection. Oral herpes is typically external mouth/lip blisters and/or less commonly internal ulcers on the hard areas of the mouth.
