Help!

I need a ‘pick-me-up’.  I used to grab a glass of brandy or a port but I can’t cope with those any more.  Any suggestions anyone?

    Constance, if you liked the port, you could try to pour yourself a small carafe (9 oz, piccolo) with a sweet robust red wine, like an Australian Shiraz. Then use a small glass (sherry glass) and sip a little before and with dinner. A bottle should last more than 2 days. 

    Works for me!

      That sounds like a good idea.👍😀    Drinking it slowly over a couple of days would surely give me a boost.  Just what I need.  Thanks.
