Had three diaphragm hernia surgeries.
Now another diaphragm hernia,,a very large mid abdomen incision hernia and two navel hernias,,,
Look like I'm 9mths pregnant..
Should i be worried??

I certainly can relate! Does your belly swell after eating? That is what mine does. It is the umbilical hernia that does that. Try to eat really really small meals (no grease). A banana or cereal seems to be all that I can tolerate. I go for third surgery soon. If you haven't already, get an ultrasound to get the sizes. Your naval hernia will keep growing if not treated and puts you at risk of a strangulated hernia which is an emergency. Try different foods that don't cause swelling in the meantime. I hope you get relief!
