Help!

I have had fs for around 3 months & couldn't agree more the pain can be unbearable, however on Tuesday i had the injection & have been in constant pain since, my whole arm is in pain & just don't know where to put it for comfort,, has anyone else had this problem? Thank you

    I had a steroid injection by my bursa in my effected arm.  Felt GREAT for 24 hours.  Then it was unbearable.  My bicep was exhausted.  I couldn't find any comfortable place for it.  I ended up having the trigenics manipulation a month later. on 4/22  But then got it again in November from  playing tennis and raking the leaves.  Had surgery a couple of weeks later.  I had all kinds of issues in my shoulder that were not diagnosed from  the MRI with the frozen shoulder.  I am back in rehab and at about 80%+.  Still working on strengthening.

    ?in hind site, maybe i could have done some scapular exercizes to get my scapula back.  It was tilted forward.

    I am doing a lot of therapy with my scapula.

    ?Good luck.  Do you have a partner to give a good back massage?

    Are you taking anything for pain? Any PT or any exercise at home?  I’m taking Meloxicam at day time I sleep with my pillow in between my armpit and resting my arm on my pillow. I know how frustrating FS is I had not slept for 2 mos without getting up in the middle of the night the biceps pain was the worst but after 2 weeks going to PT it helps me a lot I reach for this group coz I thought I’m the only one experiencing that kind of pain I tried everything too but I’ve been going to PT since then and I’m improving .
