    Hi Tom

I have taken Diazepam in the past and yes I drank at the same time but the advice is not to drink.

You would be best to get medical advice from a qualified practitioner, especially as it’s now a few days after.

Sorry that’s not really any help.

I take Valium of 20mg when I am going through withdrawal symptoms and nothing has ever happened, on the contrary, it has saved my life. Or after a night of drinking if I have insomnia because of the alcohol, I take one before bed too.

    Dear Tom,

I am not a medical Dr, but from what I understand is that you took those tablets 4 days ago. Surely they are out of your system now.

I was also on Librium and I drank a bottle of wine the next day.

I really do think it is OK to drink a couple of pints.

The drugs won't be in your body anymore.

Of course it is always best not to drink at all, but we are not on this forum if it were that easy not to drink.

Sorry if I upset some of you with this reply. I speak from personal experience only.

    Hugs

He took valium 3-4 days ago and is wondering if it is safe to drink now (3-4 days after last taking it) 😊

Just clarifying as i thought Barry got the wrong end of the stick and thought he was wanting to do both on the same day 😉
