Help!!

Guys i was diagnosed with ptsd with psychosis and i take 30mg mitazapine and 2mg of diazepam together at night time i take them around 8.30pm sleep for a hour or two and wake because of terrifying dreams that make me feel even worse what do i do?

    I use to take my mirtazapine in the morning, and then take a zopiclone, or nitrazepam at sleep, night-time, but unless I was sedated, nightmares still come, but because of sedation I'd fall back asleep, without sleepers I'd never get back asleep cos the nightmares get to you, just my past medication history, .

      Depending on the nightmares, I sometimes wouldn't get back asleep even with 1 or 2 sleeping tablets, just remembered,try get a stronger sleeper, as diazepam is to calm your anxiety, mellow you out, it's not an actual sleeping tablet, as I was on 15mg during the day, a while ago
