also they don't hurt or itch at all.
Could it be infected hair follicles?

also it's been like this for nearly 3 weeks. it's not turned into an open lesion or sore. it doesn't hurt or itch . I popped one too but it didn't turn into an ulcer or sore.

just checked them out today. they still haven't popped, itch or hurt. in fact they have shrunk alot in size.

this is not herpes (but seeking the medical advice wont harm so see a doctor when you can),keep us with updates

So the doctor examined the spots and said thats 100% not herpes. she diagnosed it as sebaceous cysts. phew!
