First off, hello good people...

Now to the not so good bit...feels like my whole upper back is on fire 24/7..can't sleep/get comfortable/pain wakes me up. I do 'mindfulness/breathing/magnesium/you know the rest..sorry, not working. I'm in bits. Whichever bit I lie on, then goes into almost cramp, then proper cramp then then have to jump about the bedroom half asleep, then find the tiger balm and apply, then get pins and needles (take so much magnesium/ B complex and quinine/blah). Then during the day, I just described it to my lovely husband, as being, you know when you have had a bad chest infection, it hurts to breathe and you are just so knackered...but hey you look fine, who would know.

Sorry for the rant, but am trying my absolute best, but it is 8pm on a Sunday night, and I'm done, just want to go to bed..am so done...

Hi Sarah, I suppose I am lucky as I can sleep at night, but I still feel tired when I wake in mornings. I wake in lots of pain and it takes me long to get out of bed to go down stairs and to start breakfast. I start and sit then start again. Then I feel I've done a full days hard work. I sit in lounge waiting for my tablets to take over, but they take very long time and don't really do much for my pains which move about the body and like you say it's a job to decide which is fibro and which is arthritis. I feel for you and understand. The terrible fatigue is one of the worst thing I find. Hugs and love to you, from Josephine.
