Help!

i don't see many new posts regarding this, but was hoping for some help. i was on Propranolol 60 mg extended release for 2 weeks and stopped because i was feeling horrible. i did not wean myself off, i just stopped. ive been off of them for almost 2 weeks and i still have some really bad days, with my heart racing and a warm feeling across my chest. but then i also recently had 3 really good days before that. is this common? i feel like im going nuts!
