help!

how do i go about confronting the guy who gave me this ?? i never expected this seriously because we had sex a couple times and all of a sudden i just got it so that must've mean he hooked up with somebody else right ??? last time we had sex was wednesday and friday i had an outbreak . yesterday (monday) i went to my obgyn and she said it looks like h***** . so what should i say ? how should i do it . it doesn't even look like he had it like how do you even know ? i have so many questions for him. i just don't know where to start i'm still kinda in shock
