how you calm yourself during a panic attack ?? any ideas

    Remember the times when you were calm and not in a panic. Understand how good that felt, and remind yourself that the panic is just in your head. It cant hurt you, and you can beat it.

    You need to really read up on meditations and cbt and mindfullness. It has saved me many times.

    When i feel panicy I put some relaxation music on and do some deep breathing 

    I also talk to people about how i feel also i have medication for my anxieties 

    You should ask your doctor to put you on medication to help with it
