I have been on 100mg Sertraline/zolofft for about 7months now.have changed my life. Now I can handle things better. But this last days like three day I haven't been so well.I am taking Zoloft for ocd and my thoughts are not vanished complytely even if I am on my 7th month on medicine.Maybe its the weather coz is all time raining in her or maybe I was on my period this last days but I am not feeling so well.Another thing is when I am not feeling well I tend to cry without a reason .

If you are taking the medication regularly, but experiencing an increase in symptoms, you might need a higher does.  Consult with your prescriber to see if that is agreeable.  Keep in mind that the lowest does that is effective for you and your issues is the best does to stay at; in other words, don't increase the does if you really don't need it because it will be that much harder to stop taking the medication when you choose to stop.  Otherwise, like you mentioned, it may just be a case of heightened emotions due to your menstrual cycle (PMS).
