I have been to the doctors and given thiamine along with vitamin b compound strong to try abs counteract the beer. I am going to a clinic in 2 weeks for a group session, I just can't afford private clinic otherwise I would do that

Glad to hear you've got things moving along.
Have a look at this, you can get it on NHS, depending on a few factors and it might be a good thing to add to your arsenal of possibilities. It's what I used here in the US and I've been quite pleased with the results:
