My thoughts are more dealing with fear of suffering, these anxiety attacks dont kill anyone. They are severly uncomfortable at times and make no random sense and there no logic to stop them once they trigger off. BUT they do pass, they always pass and without a doubt fear feeds them to recycle. Try and picture a little ugly troll menacing around in your mind where the fight or flight is and just enjoying watching you suffer. Like a troll bully oddly that helps. It gives you someting to focus on so you do not fear it. hopefully that made sense. Its just been easy for me to seperate it as a bully personally. Just always rememeber it does pass and you wont die from it
