Hi most days of have a pain like pressure behind my breast bone/sternum think it's called often I also get a feeling likes there's a trapped bubble of air there my ribs are quite painful and my shoulder blades this happens most days it's getting me down any help or advice be great 39 years old and worried

I've had the exact same thing. I'm 17 been in A&e with the pain and had paramedics come round because it's been such an intense worrying pain. They did ecgs and all but were convinced its chostochindritis or tietzes syndrome. Been advised to see my GP and get a referal for pain clinic
