There is a lot of info your leaving out. Like if you have 3 bulging disks after 3 surgeries why didn't they get fixed? What doctor left? Was it the nurologist that did the 3 surgeries? There has to have been other doctors you were under the care of during this time. Please give more info so we can help.

I stay in constant pain was sent to pain clinic but pain meds are not working. I think the bulged disc has herniated. But no one believes me when I say I'm in pain all the time. I don't really know what to do next because the pain is unbearable I have asked them to increase my meds and if I go to the er they don't want to give me anything there because I'm already on pain med

Okay then I think I understand your situation a little better now. So you had the 3 herniated discs fixed with the three surgeries but now you have two bulging discs which you think have now herniated. And your doctor that you had for the prior surgeries has retired and you're in a quest for a new doctor. Are you wanting another surgery or are you wanting something to control your pain? I ask that because I think what you need to do at this point is look into getting a better pain management doctor, one that actually believes in your pain. They are very few and far between. Particularly if you are in the US. Are you on opiates now? I don't know if you are aware of the push for doctors to get their patients off of opiates since March 2016 the CDC put out guidelines to GP doctors about prescribing opiates and it has scared off most doctors and they don't want to prescribe opiates any more to their patients. You may need to ask for another MRI to prove the point you're trying to make. And it does not have to be a surgeon to order that for you. A pain management doctor can do it for you as well. You can even get that from your GP. If you're not getting good pain control this is something you need to take up with your doctor and keep on your doctor or keep looking for a doctor who will listen to you. There are other options you can use then opiates that may help with your pain control.

If they have herniated I want them fixed and I want my pain in control. I have asked my pain specialist to up the dosage or change my pain meds but they won't. I know I need a new MRI to check to see if they have herniated but to get a dr to order one is like pulling eye teeth. That's why I say no one believes me when I say I'm still in a lot of pain. I have no life cause I can't do anything. It takes me 2 hours just to do my dishes cause of all the breaks I have to take

Tonya  you know you've had a lot of surgeries already. If every one of them has been successful you are a very lucky person. There is a high percentage of people out there who have failed surgery. In fact if I had been a candadate for surgery I would not have had it simply because of the dangers. And just because you are in greater pain does not mean that those two disks have hernated. It may be that you have developed arthritis which can't be fixed or that you have grown accustomed to dosage your on and you need a higher dose. Which I understand your doctors will not give you.
