It's been a long time since I have this symptoms, pain in my left arm down to my hands, nausea, dizziness, palpitations, nervous, sometimes shortness of breath, backpain, chest pain and now lower tightness or pain on my jaw. I did search this symptoms in google and it did say that I'll be having a heart attack so I'm terribly afraid now. I find myself checking my body from time to time and checking my symptoms. Been to doctors and ER a lot but nothing happened. All my lab test were perfect and normal. Do someone experience this as well?

    Hi Anna

Yes, I have had all of these symptoms over the years and it is horrid!! I like you was petrified I had a heart condition, was checked out thoroughly but it all wad clear. Since then I go through spells of oesophagitis which affects the nerves to the heart. I have called an ambulance on at least 4 times as I felt I was havibg a heart attack.

Are you being treated for reflux? Have you had tests done, medication? If you have had all the cardio tests done then I would personally push to see if it is reflux/GERD.

I've only done EKG, chest xray, blood test, urine test and thyroid. I'm currently taking PPI medications right now.

How about you? Do you also experience tightness in jaw and nausea?

      Hiya

With the GERD/oesaphagitis I don't suffer from nausa but I do get jaw, neck, pain down left arm, pain in my back and chest pain.

Have you pushed for an endoscopy? This will show gastritis/ulcers/h pylori etc. Also whether you have a hiatus hernia which can (not always) give problems.

      Regards
