I bought some at the Vitamin Shop and some on Amazon, I don't recall the brands. My case was in a severe flare and it didn't help me much. From my 4 years experience with this, it is a find what works for you and I also use things during a flare that I don't need when its under control. Good Luck.

P.S. I used a manuka honey cream to sooth the skin. It was ok but I had better results with Vani LOTION (not cream) and Vani facial cleanser.

I've tried Manuka honey and it's eased the itching. I've also sent for a heated mask. I'll let you know how it goes...

whatever works for each individual case. I can't use heat in a flare, only cool. If all is good a little heat works to unclog the oil in eye ducts.
