How long have you had this?

My recommendation would be for anyone with anything like this to get a Medical Professional to check this for you as soon as possible .....

It was created 1 year ago. It was very big at first, swelling decreased as time went on. It is very soft when I touch it. I do not leave the country due to quarantine, there are no specialists in this area in my region. HIV vdrl hepatitis tests negative

The shape of it would most suggest it is a Penile Lymphocele, however if that is what it was originally it should have healed by now.

I think this could quite well be an abnormal growth, you need to get any doctor to check this for you ....

      Thank you for your answer.

I read about penile lymphocele, it is said to be hard, but it is a very soft thing.

I would suggest this is dependant on the amount of swelling present and the amount of fluid that has gathered - you would need to check with a Urologist who would have a great deal of practical experience of these.
