i am in distress to figure out what is wrong with my genital.. Ive had ongoing itch and discomfort down there for a month now. Took a full panel std test and everything came back negative. I am scared I might have HSV... Please help

What you see are VP or vestibular papillae. They're harmless, but may show more when irritated. So you need to find the source of the irritation. Did you change the type of soap, washing product, ...?
