can anyone help me this appeared recently its very sore im not sure if its because im on my period but its on both boobs plus ive never had this on my nipple the colour

As you have it on both breasts its most likely due to hormone levels. Have you recently changed your bra? Could it be rubbing on your nipples? If it gets worse or is really bothering you then do see your doctor.
Evening primrose oil capsules are very good for relieving breast discomfort . One per day .
