Help about lyme disease

Posted , 2 users are following.

Regards to all. About a month ago, I was bitten by a tick. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me antibiotics for 8 days. I use it and everything was fine, so that after about three weeks my bones and joints ached, and that is one of the symptoms of lyme disease and I am upset now. And otherwise I preventively use wild oregano oil which is a strong natural antibiotic. Should I go to the doctor again?

A short course of antibiotics is the best treatment for Lyme at any stage.

Sometimes, if you are treated late, the symptoms persist a few months after treatment. No further antibiotics are necessary or effective. Anyone who tells you that you need long term antibiotics to use is lying: more have died from taking unnecessary Lyme treatment than from Lyme itself!

Lyme us not chronic. Most people who claim they have it often never had Lyme at all! Real Lyme is easily treated, with excellent prognosis even at the late stage.
