Help! Acyclovir HSV1 laser treatments

Posted , 2 users are following.

hi everyone

I have HSV1 genitally, I contracted it MARCH 2018. I have had only ONE outbreak (the initial one). I want to get laser treatment down there and I know it is advisable to take an antiviral before. Any of you ladies with HSV1 get laser hair removal? if so, how many miligrams and what antiviral do you take? how many days ?

thanks

      hi!!

I Contracted it in such a strange way.

the guy had no visible sores, NOTHING. I was intimate with him for under 5min and two weeks later I got my period and the same time i had a few bumps on the outside of my vagina. I Never had blisters, never oozing NOTHING just tiny bumps. I LATER tested positive for HSV1.

you probably had it before him and never knew because you know hsv specially hsv 1 is not part of std panels and what if those bunps werent event herpes ? were you tested by blood sample or swab/culture if blood you has it before just never knew and probably not even genitally

I definetly had little tiny bumps and it looked like a very mild herpes case.

the doctor said visually it looked like herpes and 4 weeks after I tested positive for HsV1 through bloodwork. ive heard some cases where it took 2 weeks for some people to heal but for me it took about 6-7 days with the antivirals that I got on day 3.

how about you? whats ur story?
