These are all on the penis. While a few of them are bumps (the top most ones especially), the others feel like zit scars (these ''zit scars'' are almost exclusively from where pubes would grow at the penis base). What am I having?

it looks like sebaceous glands on skin. it is very common in adolescence age. Btw , how old are you ?

I have had these since puberty I believe. Although I only consciously began paying attention to them much later. I'm 25.
