Help and advice.. am I pregnant or not??

long story short. i am 4 weeks late for my period. 2 weeks ago i passed a clot and lots of discharge/tissue. still passing tissue/discharge. i have located lower right sharp pains, back pain, tender breasts and dry/flaky sore nipples. a week ago my test shown positive. 3 days ago i retested to see if i actually saw the second line and it was 2 lines again so i went my drs today and their test was negative! like what the heck! i told my dr i had 2 positives but she just said its negative so im not... anyone experience this? what do i do? i have a ultrasound on the 9th snyway as my interal exam 2 weeks ago was described to me as swollen and enlarged... please help. im 26 and i cannot get my head around any of this
