Chronic does not necessarily means all life. But it may take time. You will need to change your eating habits and life style. Don't panic about it, but take a positive approach to handle the problem. Chronic gastritis is common among people, but yes, it takes up a lot of effort to get rid of it. Don't overthink about it, save yourself from anxiety and nervousness, as it is common to get one because of frustration. There are many examples where people have successfully treated chronic gastritis. It is mainly about getting the right treatment.

Also search for herbal medicines like:

    Ibarogast

    Mastic gum

Betaine HCL pepsin and gential bitters

Check their reviews, people have got good results from them.

Chronic means long term or life long. PPI medication, a strict, bland diet and stress management can help to control chronic gastritis. H Pylori can trigger gastritis and ulcers; getting rid of this stomach bacteria will help you to feel better. However, I don't know whether it will cure your gastritis because it is chronic and everyone is different.
