Help and some analysis on my scoliosis

First of all - sorry for my english, I am not a native speaker.
Secondly - I know I should visit an orthopedic specialist - I already did.
Hey guys. I need a little help with my scoliosos. When I was 20 I started to notice some rib hump on my left side and assymetrical chest. I knew it was a scoliosis so I went to visit an orthopaedist . He told me it is not serious at all and he did not even made X-ray because he said it is not necessary. He showed me some excersises and told me to move more. I was not quite sure, so I went to another doctor and he told me the same - my scoliosis is not serious any if I will work out and exercise it will get better. This is how my scoliosis looked then, when I visisted those both doctors. - https://imgur.com/a/mFLZ0RJ
So I did my exercises and tried some yoga, but as I went to the college I stopped exercising and spent a lot of time only sitting behind books or computer. My only exercising was tennis, which I still play very often (I know it is not the best sport for scoliosis).
Now 4 years later I visited the doctor again and he told me the same. It is not serious and I should doing exercises and so on. He has not told me much. What kind of scoliosis it is, what exercises are best. I try to gain some information about my scoliosis to find best exercises as I finally have time to work out and get it better. This is how my scoliosis looks today (not a much difference, but you can clearly see the scioliosis in the thoracic area?) - https://imgur.com/a/27u64dz Also my left nipple seems lower as my left side of chest is not so prominent.
What do you think? It is still not that serious? Doctors I visited did not even do Xray. I woud like to know, which side is my weak side. Left or Right? Is it thoracic scoliosis or lumbar? And which side should I work out more. Also if you can help with some good exercises, you can write them down. I know that not all of you are othopeadist here, but only if you could tell me some little things. Thank you very much.
I really want to change it and know more about my scoliosis and exercise, but doctors in my town and country, they do not tell me much. Only that it is minor (but why my ribs and chest is assymetrical?). And I can afford seeing other specialist. Can you maybe recommend some good videos on youtube or your own experiences? Thank you.

How many doctors do you think you'll need to see before you hear what you'd like to hear?
Your scoliosis is really minor and you will probably never need any treatment. Notice that your shoulders are very level. That means that any curve you have, is well balanced, so you don't have a "weak side". You should choose an exercise that works both sides of your torso equally.

Well I feel sad for you I can see your curve I notice how it's not straight but it's great than you are exercising 8 find it really sad how you have not seen a rhumetologist or had an xray when my spine was diagnosed normal doctors missed it completely it was the head of rhumetology that saw it and then I had other things diagnosed as well, I notice that your spine goes of to one side I have dorsumbular kyphoscoliosis my spine is sort of an s shape, u may want to try swimming and obviously yoga could help u I suggest self massage with a firm ball like tennis ball you can do this against a wall or lay whatever is better move ball around and then hold for 10 seconds in places where you get worse pain because what u may not no is your muscles are much tighter because of scoliosis, avoid heavy lifting as this will certainly worsen your condition as well as computers they are bad try putting pillows around you to offer yourself support when you sit, I understand how you feeling the frustration is not nice to deal with, also try heat like a heat herbal bag or hot water bottle if you have them, most importantly do give up as this condition you have to live with for the rest of your life I'm sorry you don't have supporting doctors but this group is here and if you find in future you suffer with discomfort there are support groups on fb for people with chronic pain and conditions. Good luck for the future.
