I'm a 22 yr old male for the last 6 months I have had this constant pressure in my chest and my breathing is shirt labored/difficult and i mean constant all day every day.
i have obviously been to the docs and even to the emergency a couple of times where they have done chest xrays and heart tests and bloods all came back clear. They are putting it down to my anxiety. I cannot believe that this is cause by anxiety. Has anyone experienced the same thing???? Any help is appreciated

It is hard at first to get your head around the fact its anxiety.
Its a switch in your brain that is broken it is telling you your in danger when your not.
Try to distract yourself when an attack is happening exercise meditation keep hydrated a good diet are all good.
Consider therapy it teaches you how to cope with anxiety/panic.
Anxiety feed of fear so the more stressed you are about your psychosimatic health worries will only make your anxiety/panic worse
