Help! Any idea what this is

hi i have extreme anxiety mainly related to medical issues i cant help but think something is wrong all the time its consuming i had some blood from my nose in the back of my mouth over a week ago got antibiotics for this but because I was paranoid about that I was constantly looking into my mouth and now noticed these two lumps in the back of my mouth at either side are these normal I'm going crazy worried about cancer it's the orangypinkish ones right at the back of the mouth on the left and right 😦image
