Help! Any kind of STD? Graphic photos!!

Hi. I posted a month ago a question and I got an answer but I am still worried and don't know what to do. So I got some excrescences on my minor labia, both on the inside and the outside of the lips. I got an hpv test for 16, 18, 26, 31,33, 35, 39, 45, 51,52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 69, 73, 82, 6, 11, 40, 42, 43, 44, 54, 61, 70 types and came out negative. Also, the pap smear test came out alright. Some of these bumps disappeared , but others seem to have appeared, or others be smaller and then get bigger again. I have also had an online appointment with a dermatologist, sent some pictures and she said that they don't look like any STD, but couldn't put a finger on what those are. I want to mention that I went to a rafting adventure and used a neoprene costume about a week before they appeared and thought it could be a rash caused by it, but it seems odd that they fluctuate. Can someone tell me if they had something similar or what it could be?

Hi! So I went to a dermatologist today. Sadly, she couldn't say if it's an inflammation of some skin cells or a type of hpv and the only way to be certain would be a biopsy, only to ease my mind. Since they are so tiny she recommended me to use Condyline, a solution that should burn them, and a calming intimate cream and return in a week to see the outcome. I'll keep you posted with my progress if you would like.

Well, I have already seen 2 gynecologists and 2 dermatologists. One gyno said they could be another type of hpv for what i have not been tested, the other one said that she doesn't think they are something viral and if they are they are harmless and the previous dermatologist also said that she doesn't think it's viral and just a reaction of my skin. I am very confused and stressed.

i would be too especially if the professionals dont even have a solid answer for you. Did they test you by blood?

I wonder if it could be from dry sex. just a thought. I've seen something similar.

I did not have sex for more than a week before they appeared and since then. I was scared that it could be something viral and because I am not in a serious relationship (I have a "friend with benefits") I thought it's better to keep it to myself:). Thanks for the idea anyway!

Sorry, I was not able to take a clearer photo. After 4 days of applying the Condyline solution twice a day some of the bumps got smaller or disappeared completely. The dermatologist told me to come back next week and if there is something left she'll electrocauterize it.
