    Hi Rosanna,

I had almost all of these symptoms, The worry is so awful, I would wonder if it was something more very often,  the anxiety is something else, it is one of the last symptoms to leave. At about ten months I started  feeing more normal. At 6.5 months I started having periods of feeling better for a day or two and then the up and down of the illness, The symptoms disappear one by one and start to get lighter and lighter.

The only advice for getting through it is to rest as much as possible, vitamins and fluids. Try anything distracting, read recovery stories online, guided meditation to sleep, music, reading, TV while resting and know that you will feel better it may take a long while but it will happen. This is the worst virus I have ever had.

    Hi Rosanna,

Mostly on the left side and it would come and go, this virus is really rough. What did the doctor say?
