Help! At least to me and tell me if these are genital warts? I am freaking out!

I had gone to planned parenthood yesterday because I felt like I had a really nasty yeast infection. They did a swab and diagnosed me with bacterial vaginosis. I started the Medicine I need to take the next five days but I happened to take a mirror and look down there as it still burning and itching. I know my vagina is probably irritated/inflammed, but this does this does not look normal!image
