help...back on fluoxetine 20mg day 31

came off citalapram in May having been on fluoxetine for 5 yrs previous . ok for fre week then started to spiral.

went back to docs and now back on flouxetine 21 days.last week the panic anxiety has gone through the roof. doc gave me 40mg propananol 3 x daily. did absolutely nothing.

only for my diazepam to calm me i dont knot know what i would do.its delilarating.going back to docs in morning to see if there is a better beta blacker.dont want to get addicted to dpam .feels like im going out ot my mind.i know its early days from what ive read.will fluoxetine 20mg deffo work soon .help
