Help been a week and worried pics included

is this herpes it appeared a week ago no oozing but stings alot and hasnt healed or changed only one on its own imageimage

      start off with stinging almost open sore then gone like this for a week and is painfull when weeing doesnt seem to be healing and red around the spot or what ever it is

      is that what you think it could be? i reaf there would be more than one and they heal quicker and scab this doesnt seem to be
