Help! Bumps in vagina? Itching and burning for weeks

three weeks ago i shaved my vagina/vulva and it started itching when it was growing back. i thought it was normal until it persisted for an entire week and got really bad, i was uncomfortable and it felt pokey and irritated. i noticed i had little spots of blood when i would wipe after peeing(i assumed it was razor cuts but now im not sure). when examining myself my vulva and labia was super red and irritated and i saw little bright red spots at the opening (included in the first 3 photos), as well as little skin-tag looking things near my vaginal opening- i dont know if those are new or if theyve been there. the itching soothed down after a few days and then it started itching inside my actual vagina like a yeast infection for several days. that has soothed down too but now i have a painful UTI and upon reexamining my vagina i notice i have a bump at the bottom of my opening plus the same skin tag things(last/4th photo) . i dont have an appointment until the end of this month but im worried its an STI or even worse and idk what to do. can anyone please help me explain what this could be? im so uncomfortable and worried. it doesnt itch anymore it just burns when i pee a lot, ive had UTIs before but never one this painful. i have had sex with only 1 person consistently for the past 3 months and we are monogomamous but maybe they had an STI thats dormant? what could this be?
