Help! Can I take Fexofenadine while pregnant?

So ive been taking 120mg of Fexofenadine for about 4 weeks now for my hives and i recently found out im pregnant. I asked my local GP and a pharmacist and they said it isnt recommended to take anything while pregnant like Fexofenadine unless necessary. If I dont take it the hives are there everyday and because im pregnant i can't get an allergy test done. I was told it sounds like i do still need to take it, that theres no research saying i cant, i just worry taking 120mg a day will affect my baby 😦

what do i do? im being told i can take it but when you read things online it says not to
