Help! Do I have endometriosis

so i have always had painful and irregular periods... but nine months ago i started experiencing other symptoms and im wondering if it could be endometriosis?

-Hurts to go to the bathroom and my vulva swells when i do

  • pain when walking around (almost feels like something is pushing on my bladder)
  • stomach bloated out
  • one side of my vulva bulges out more than the other (never used to) next to my vagina entrance. apprently its not a bartholin cyst

Any help much appreciated!!
