HELP DOCTOR SAID BALANITIS BUT IDK

ive done sti test a number of times negative for all blood test as well non reactive negative etc also urine culture everything negative and normal does not sting when pee or nothing just sensitive tip of penis and looks kind of red when i get a erection looks kind of bothered but nothing major my girl got tested as well for evrything negative but i never had this happen i also washed penis tip too hard one day trying to figure out whats going on
